Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 建築及都市計劃研究所 === 98 === Taiwan since 1998, a legislation for implementation of urban renewal, so far, twelve years, including building capacity to promote private participation in award of the important causes of urban renewal, but the volume of incentives is public property, the rewards can be reached on how to increase public interests and to accelerate urban renewal, both, actually an important issue. The updated statistics on local government for approval include 174 cases, in addition to the case in which more than 85 921 updates the original volume alterations mining, a mining rebuild maintenance manner, the remaining 79 cases of urban renewal in general the construction volume average reward 25 to 30%, 50% of maximum reward with laws and regulations quite the gap. Bonus items which are too rigid, and whether the incentives to implement urban renewal helpful indeed an important motivation for this study.
