In this study, through the mail survey (questionnaires survey) approach, issuing a total of 236 questionnaires, 223 copies, no complete removal of invalid questionnaires completed by 50, a total of 173 valid questionnaires response rate was 78%. The results showed that personality traits of extraversion, affinity, and rigor in three dimensions and sources of stress were positively related to their job satisfaction has a significant influence, pressure source and a negative correlation of job satisfaction; affinity and rigor of the stressors have a significant impact on job satisfaction, extraver-sion was significantly negative impact, compatibility and rigor intrinsic satisfaction was significantly negative impact; stressors on job satisfaction have a significant negative impact. And the intervening variables, stressors, personality traits and job satisfaction, full mediating effect of intervening variables, a mediating effect. From this, the pressure source will affect the personality traits, which led to female military personnel changes in the level of job satisfaction. The results of this study, stressors, personality traits that affect job satisfaction of women military personnel are important factors. This research suggests that application of "personality assessment scale" for the consideration of personnel using the selection to facilitate their job satisfaction, and achieve high performance.
