Among various resources, the management and manipulation of human resources play direct and key roles and are the most challenging missions of the organization superintendents. To non-profit organizations, how to manage their employees through effective policies, based on organization’s characteristics, in order to achieve organization goals and maintain the sources of operating funds is also an important topic for research and discussion. The object of study of this thesis is the system of Youth Activity Centers of China Youth Corps. The research will focus on the job satisfaction, the recognition of organization and the intent of resignation of the employees, and will analyze the results of questionnaire survey. It is expected to help those employees of non-profit organizations, during organization development and reformation, attain the satisfaction of progress and demands through promoting job satisfaction and recognition of organization. It could also help the organizations to response the social needs and achieve organization targets. Finally, this thesis will analyze the future policies of management and directions of development of the human resources of non-profit organizations.
