However, most of them can be just engaged in temporary and physical strength-comsuming work, because the aborigine''s education level is widespreadly low. The problem is that the aboriginal labor may be replaced at any time and lose the working opportunities for the high substitutability and unemployment risk of this kind of job. Especially , domestic industries have moved overseas one after another in recent years, at the same time industries who stay in Taiwan have employed foreign workers sequentially, so the aborigines in the city lose many employment opportunities. In such circumstances, if the Government can’t make a set of positive social welfare measures to help employment-disadvantaged aborigines return to the labor market, the employment problem of aborigine''s labor will get into scrapes in the future. Thus, this research aims at probing into employment problem and the very crux of the life predicament of the aborigines in the city. As a result, we use qualitative depth interview and the method of focus group to collect experience materials, and take the elite of aborigine in Taichung County as a research object at the same time. Finally, this research is expected to translate the findings and the result of this research into the policy recommendations helpful in solving employment difficulties of the aborigines in the city .
