Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊碩士在職專班 === 98 === According to statistics from Ministry of Economic for general business operation, the revenue for professional and high skilled service is NT$1,442,000,000 in the second quarter of 2008, which has 9.65% growth compared with the same season in the previous year. For Data Processing and Information Providing Services, Computer Systems Design Services, and Specialized Design Services all have more than 10% growth, which indicates these three industries are still booming, and are not affected by the recession or raw material price increase. This research utilizes RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis model, data mining technology and cluster analysis technology, and acquire the valuable customer information to offer the computer systems design services providers for references on outsourcing marketing. Based on the data collected form one of computer system design services providers in mid-Taiwan, the proposed valuable customer mining procedure is based on RFM analysis model to evaluate the customer values according to the recent maintenance date, the maintenance frequency and the maintenance costs. The procedure also utilizes the cluster analysis tool in Microsoft SQL Server 2005, and categorizes the valuable customers. Finally, this research is concluded by the various remarks and marketing suggestions.
