Long-standing strategic management theory, are in pursuit of corporate profit and growth targets for the basic thinking all issues of concern also lies in how companies create and sustain competitive advantage. In fact, the business enterprise priority is to maintain the long-term survival, the pursuit of short-term profits to be only a secondary objective. Management guru Peter Drucker (1954) that "strategy is to analyze the current situation, if necessary, will the situation be changed in order to find the cause of proper resources or existing resources." Overall changes in the financial markets in recent years in several large financial turmoil can see the impact of sex, whether international, regional, or because the issue of derivatives arising out of the question, which associated with personal finance than occurred in 2005, cash cards and credit card-based dual-card crisis, several of the consumer finance as the main banks all working by this turmoil, the impact of the level of financial, enterprise organizations , corporate image. . . And so on.   This study focuses on Taishin Bank case study, analysis of their business strategy and decision-making model is applied to the face of crisis management and decision-making model O'clock Di whether Dongtai capacity implications.
