For these reasons, there are five psychologists each of which was interviewed one or two times by using the method of semi-structural interview. After that, seven written texts regarding those five psychologists are generated, and they are analyzed by using thematic analysis method. From the results of analysis, there are two parts of self-aware, which are “Response for counseling impasse taking shape” and “Response for facing counseling impasse” are realized. Meanwhile, there are eight different layers were found for subsequent counseling and three different aspects of self-learning were found for a psychologist after encountered a counseling impasse. Finally, the conclusions regarding the results of this study are given and some practical applications for clinical counseling are suggested for subsequent study.
