Consumers pay more attention to the food content and quality, even dining atmosphere. Therefore, restaurant owners must provide a certain level of food and service beyond consumers’ expectations, in order to attract them come to spend again. In view of this, owners have to develop the best business strategies to get maximum performance and profitability. In addition, innovation is not only the driving force for sustainable development of enterprises, but also because the best solution in response to changes of market. In this research, the Wangsteak Food and Beverage Group (hereinafter referred to as the Wangsteak Group) as a case study, through literatures review and in-depth interviews of top management of the Wangsteak Group to understand the actual operating situation, then proceed analysis, to provide recommendations to them as a reference for improving the business and thus increase their competitive advantages and business performances. The results of this study was informed that the Wangsteak Group is a successful enterprise of using innovative business strategies, which include non-traditional cookery, management decisions are unlike most enterprises which only made by owners or implemented in accordance with the enactment from the board of directors, but take collective participation from the basic level of employees, bonus system and encourage staff in intrapreneurship, as well as operational procedures of western fast-food used in production processes and services at traditional restaurants. These strategies enable the Wangsteak Group to get excellent operating effectiveness, also make competitors are not easy to imitate and surpass because of their competitive advantages.
