At present, when the teacher has on purpose, in the practice judgment the injured party can ask compensation towards the teacher individual or the country in accordance with the 186th regulation of civil law; and the injured party have to ask the country’s compensation towards the school, when the teacher has faults. It can't be to teacher's request compensation.
The result which is a responsibility for preventing the teacher from causing oneself unfavorable must be clarified. It can enable teacher professional skills to establish. It can avoid improper or illegal infringement by educational administrative organ, students’ parents and society.
