Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 社會學系 === 98 === The main purpose of this study was to investigate into the current situation of job stress and leisure participation of the teachers with pare-time administration duties in Taipei municipal elementary schools, and then compare the difference according to varied background factors, and discuss the relationship between ob stress and leisure participation of these teachers.
The questionnaires were composed of the background of the elementary school Teachers’ leisure participation and obstacles to job stress. This study adopted survey method, including a total of 438 questionnaires sent. 390 were recoverd questionnaires can be used. On the information available to the average, standard deviation,T-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation statistical analysis, based on the final study found that access to the following conclusions:
1.The job stress of teachers with pare-time administration
duties in Taipei municipal elementary schools, the one
most sensed was“Work Load”.
2.Pare-time administrative duties of teachers in Taipei to
pareicipate in family activities leisure Highest.
3.Teachers’leisure participation and job stress had a
negative correlation.
4.Significant differentce were found between job stress
and backgroundvariables of school size,school students,
chief of years, leisure time, frequency and cost.
5.Significant differentce were found between leisure
participation and backgroundvariables of sex, age,
living, chief of years, leisure time, frequency and cost.
Finally,findings of this study could be referable for the teachers, administrative departments also involved in administrative jobs in Taipei elementary schools, the authorities concerned, and future studies.
