Taiwan now also enters the competition stage of NPO development. Homogeneous NPOs are competing with one another for human resource and finances. Thus, without effective organization management plus active work and service culture, it will be difficult for NPO to offer services that society need to gain public recognition. The case of this research paper is a non-profit social welfare organization with Christian background. An important crucial level of social welfare requires strong humane care and spirit. The research is thus helpful to understand how NPOs successfully execute organization change but not overemphasize work performance which leads to eliminating NPO members’ humane care, by studying a Christian NPO’s ongoing organization change. We thus gain ample understanding and summarize a management model for non-profit social welfare organization. The result concludes: 1. Non-profit social welfare organization’s fundamental belief and mission is a place where the members devote themselves to services. 2. Members of non-profit social welfare organization are to possess the ability to be conscious of change in social environment, so that they can continually adjust their service model in addition to their core belief, purpose and mission. 3. A Non-profit social welfare organization needs to develop the ability to adjust internal organization culture and management when it encounters aging of original organizational structure and of members, or notion for service still lack of renewal. 4. Changes are regarded as a normal pattern, and are induced to organization culture, to replace its rigid, conservative culture of the case in the past. In the Bible, The Mosaic management, which Moses led the Israelites out of slavery in Egypt and entrance to the promised land “with milk and honey” after wandering in the wilderness for forty years, can be our example. The immigration culture is beneficial to non-profit social welfare organization, and internalizes organization change as constantly continual culture, so that the NPO can stay “young.” 5. Services of non-profit social welfare organization are to be efficient and professional. The work can move people only when they posses humane care and passion that flows out of heart. Therefore, through organization’s core belief and teaching to adjust members’ work attitude, it will help maintain work performance as well as humane care and love. 6. Services of good quality that move the heart and change the broken life will come through the members’ execution ability from their belief in a non-profit social welfare organization.
