To PRC, it is a propagation to control people’s thought. PRC controls the development of Military Literature and Art to publicize Marxism, Leninism, and Maoism. Military Literature and Art which transforms and propagates continuously to influence people serves the politics and people. The paper studies the Relationship of PRC Liberation Military Literature and Art and Political Education. With the methods of Documents Analysis and assist by the path of History Research, the paper analyses PRC Military Literature and Art and Political Education from the foundation of Chinese Communism. To probe into the resource of Military Literature and Art, the change of Literature and Art policy, the process of Military Literature and Art, and the fountainhead, purposes, courses, principles of Ideological Political Education. The relationship of the Relationship of PRC Liberation Military Literature and Art and Political Education is conferred also. The author proves the relationship of PRC political demands, Ideological Political Education, Literature and Art policy and Military Literature and Art is “The party’s core guides the Ideological Political Education tack, the Ideological Political Education guides Literature and Art policy, the Literature and Art policy guides the development of Military Literature and Art, and at last the PRC Liberation Military Literature and Art serves the political demands of PRC Communism.” The main conclusion of the study is that he PRC Liberation Military Literature and Art obeyed the Literature and Art policy which had been formulated by political demands in every stages. The change of PRC political demands also leads to the change of PRC and Military Literature and Art Policy.
