The main research method is Qualitative Research, the Quantitative Research, the secondary. There are 25 administrators surveyed by Purposive Sampling. The highest percentage in static leisure activities of respondents are watch TV show and home video with family. In the other hand, sports are the main dynamic leisure activities such as jogging and climbing a mountain. Most of the activity companies of respondents are their family and relatives. There are 5 hours average in the weekdays to take part leisure activities. It is obviously insufficient for the respondents due to have no time. The respondents always take part their leisure activities in weekends or holiday. There are four leisure benefits in this survey. The major benefit of physiological is keep health, the major mentality benefit is release stress in life, educational benefit is knowledge developing. The social benefit is increase the friendship and familyfeelings. As the leisure constraints, busy in work is the most structural constraint. Discouraged by family is the Individual Constraint. Thirdly, no companies is the Interpersonal Constraint. There are some suggestions for the respondents in this study who’d better pay more attention on their leisure life, groom their own hobbies or intrestings, take advantage of the leisure resource from school, unite colleagues for some associations. The MOE or schools can also help the respondents to do different kinds of leisure activities, such as conference, competition, traveling, financial subsidy. Meanwhile, administrators can change their concept of leisure life, get more healthier, promote the efficiency on work, furthermore, reduce the leisure constraints and then upgrade leisure participation.
