| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 觀光學研究所(含碩專班) === 98 === The purposes of this study were(1)to examine the influences of working holiday motivation on work satisfaction; (2) to investigate the influences of working holiday makers’ benefit-sought of leisure on leisure participation;(3) to examine the influences of working holiday work satisfaction on benefit-sought of leisure;(4) to examine the influences of working holiday work satisfaction on leisure participation.
There were 483 working holiday makers surveyed to collect data such as work motivation , work satisfaction ,benefit-sought of leisure, and leisure participation. The collected datas were analyzed by canonical correlation analysis. The result of the study were as follows. There were positive effects between working holiday motivation and work satisfaction. There were positive effects between working holiday work satisfaction and benefit-sought of leisure. There were positive effects between benefit sought of leisure of working holiday makers and leisure participations. There were positive effects between working holiday work satisfaction and leisure participation. According to the result , suggestions were provided for working holiday makers, government, working holiday providers and future research.
