Reading is the base of learning, through reading to get new knowledge and experience. To maintain public security is the mission of The Police, which is one of the civil services. The contents of police mission changed from authority power to democracy with the society, the organization of police members is changing because of the revolution system. At the moment of police authority target and members organization are changing, the periodical released form National Police Agency whose name isPolice Torch」, which is endue with transmitting targets and increasing the achievements of organizations.
This study is based on fundamental officers who’s the motivation, satisfaction and behavior of reading Police Torch」,we divided National Civil Police Station into five areas of northern ,central southern, eastern and off-shore island. We take local police station, Traffic Police Brigade Special Assignment Brigade, and Criminal Investigation Corps as the first group to the civil to carry the police mission as our object to release the questionnaire for investigating. Retrieving questionnaires are 1,328 copies. Through deleting invalids and we get 1241 copies as valid. We adapt SPSS12.0 to analysis describe Statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, Factor Analysis, The T-Test, Single-factor analysis and Variances Analysis. The result as below:
There is an obvious difference after analysis the population fundamental officers statistical analysis of reading Police Torch with the motivation, behavior, and satisfaction. After the motivation analysis, there are 5 facts which are working, learning, living, recreation, and upgrading soul life. Through analysis we found out that the difference of population of Survey Candidate are different with working, learning, living, recreation, and upgrading soul life will be different in point of view and perception, and also will be an another difference of population of Survey Candidate are different with working, learning, living, recreation, and upgrading soul life through population.
