碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 98 === To enhance people's quality of life with both physical and mental health, county and city governments establish their own bike drive for citizen in recent years to provide a suitable premise healthy leisure activity. Therefore, this results in rapid and continuous rise of the percentage of bicycle riding. Meanwhile, the global ICT industry based on our leading position in the IT and combined with the development of information and communication technology has been selected as the new research area. Based on these, this thesis provides a bike tracking recorder with real-time reporting system that combined with GPS satellite global positioning system, GPRS wireless transmission network, and the Google Map display tool. The developed system can not only provide a complete tracking record where the bike had been reached but also can applied the GPRS module to achieve immediate transmission of current position and shown on the Google Map, such that the families or friends can make up the premises in the network for purpose of enhancing the safety and practicality. The system developed in this thesis can not only be used for bike users but also can easily be used in real-time tracking of patients or the elderly to provide a convenient and practical platform for the future used on telemedicine.
