But the dispatch company and the working enterprise is one kind of “the non-model hires relation”, therefore lies in personnel's performance inspection, lacks a set of integrity appraisal criterion.This research take the case company as an example, by the expert interview revised the performance evaluation items, and send the questionnaire to the manager of dispatching agency and working enterprise to collect their opinion, penetrates the AHP pattern to obtain the weight of each performance evaluation items.Finally the result summarized that, under certain technical standards, the personal moral character is needs to send with to dispatch, next is the working performance, and finally is the knowledge. 何怡偉 博士 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 74 zh-TW |
