This research goal utilizes the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), to discuss the performance analysis of each department on scientific and technical university by the DEA-CCR and DEA- BCC, the research results is as follows:
1.Department of mechanical and computer-aided engineering, department of industrial engineering and management, and the department of electronic engineering must reduce the amount in the spatial investment and the gross charge funds investment.
2.The teacher of information management department is too much and the teacher should enhance their research paper output.
3.The business administration department is invests excessively much in the gross charge funds, on the other hand delivers the aspect in the plan aggregate amount is insufficient.
4.The international trade department is invests excessively much in the gross charge funds.
5.The leisure and health management department has too much teacher, but their teachers are the gym instructor, must support other branch department, therefore this item does not have to reduce.
