Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 98 === For the limited ability of IT and the shortage of the staff, enterprise seek the professional support of exterior source to make up the insufficiency of enterprise’s information manage ability that stimulates IT Outsourcing cervice to be an important topic in the enterprise. However, in the past reference, most researches showed whether IT Outsourcing service is in need or not, but hard to find the researches that explore the user’s satisfaction degree to IT Outsourcing service. This research''s goal, as the IT Outsourcing business position, is to explore the mutual relationships among the quality of service, the quality of relationship and use’s satisfaction degree. After the literature’s reviewing, this research proposed the model framework, collected data by the questionnaire way, and analyzed the result with Partial Least Squares law as follows:(1)The influence, the quality of service to the quality of relationship, is positive.(2)The influence, the quality of service to the use’s satisfaction degree, is positive.(3)The influence, the quality of service to the use’s satisfaction degree, is positive. The verify result of main framework, with 70% explanation, is very valuable. Finally, the research, according to the result, proposed the manage concepts and related suggestions to be the references of the practical and the academic’s following searching.
