Therefore, lots of universities have established relationships with industries to offer internship opportunities to students. The aim of this study is to exam the effectiveness of internship in terms of whether self-efficacy and employment intention of students will be improved after receiving internship training. The population contains 13 technology universities in Southern Taiwan. A total of 380 questionnaires were surveyed from 7 universities and there are 335 valid respondents. The results show that inter personal relationships and internship satisfaction of internship environment positively affect self-efficacy. The internship policy and satisfaction of internship environment positively affect future employment intention of students. The self-efficacy of students is also positively affect employment intention. Based on the above results, this paper suggests that students can show more of their professional knowledge and their talents while receiving internship training and also try to learn more in-depth skills and work experience. Furthermore, the internship environment would affect employment intention through self-efficacy. Therefore, the self-efficacy is the intermediate variable of internship environment to employment intention. Therefore, this paper suggests that teachers to plan some practical courses to cope with theory and train students to become industrial professionals. For internship companies, they should encourage interns to interact more with their staffs for getting adjusted with working environment. Timely encouragement and appreciation to students would promote learning and growth and also increase their self-efficacy. Therefore, the internship satisfaction and employment intention of students after graduate would also be enhanced to achieve the goal for internship of universities and companies.
