The reconstruction of the country is scheduled to start in the postwar years .Although we are eager for the furniture, the supply of those falls short of demand .Therefore, the Solid wooden furniture industry could only continue the condition in the Japanese-Occupied Period .In the postwar years, because the common people are industrious and the government plan economic construction programs to use the auxiliary machinery to product. So that the furniture starts for sale abroad. During 1966 to 1975, owning to the superiority of the manufacturing industry requirement over the other country and export market expansion, the development of solid wooden furniture industry is unprecedented. The sale abroad achieves on the peak during 1976-1990 years. Recently, the influence of original material, the exchange rate, the wages, and the local laborers’ wish doing this job are not to be high. What worse, the international economy is not booming. All of them have enormous effects on the Furniture industry in Taiwan. It leads to that some developing countries like Southeast Asia, China replace our productive order and the ration of sale amounts. They substitute us by their low-priced labors and superiority of obtaining the raw material. Therefore, the author will discuss vicissitude of Taiwan solid wooden furniture industry factor by three stages. In present, the development of Taiwan furniture industry confronts amounts kinds of disadvantage factors and the survival key firmly. That the industry needs Sustainable development is a worthful topic which takes seriously, because whether the industry does continue is the significance of the industrial economy target. So far, the solid the wooden furniture industry faces the industrial reforming time. According to the above of this article, the author thought initially that the solid wooden furniture industry vicissitude not acts in a reprehensible manner the nature formation but vicissitude of along with the overall industrial economy and the management structure. So that, the solid wooden furniture industry actually faces the change of the industrial management state. The author believed that change is the process which must pass through.
