Power supplies for the production of products for the standardization and customized. Among the customized products increased cases of company production scheduling system complexity. The objectives of this research are how to find out what hidden in case the company manufacturing scheduling problems and be a valid point in time to complete the product, in order to reduce product delay delivery time. For the case’s production problem, multi-product reentrant scheduling problem production, of this study, using the Goldratt Theory of Constraints, TOC, logic, to find a case study of production scheduling problems, limit, in the real. And apply the Drum, Buffer, Rope, DBR, and scheduling method arising from the theory of constraints. To assistance in case of company focused on the scheduling restrictions in, and how to use the company's limited resources and use it to focus on the most important place of the production system. At the same time, developed an effective solution to the problem of site scheduling method, not only to reduce product delivery time delay, also helped the case company in the production of utility gain maximum benefit.
