There were not many researches with workplace stress, mental well-being and work-family conflict as variables for investigation. Researches with workplace stress issue mostly focus on organizational commitment while researches with work-family conflict issue mostly focus on job satisfaction. Not so many investigations were based on the mental well-being of the staff. Therefore, this study investigated the correlations among workplace stress, mental well-being and work-family conflict. We expected that this study can offer valuable references for corporations and future researchers. The main participants in this study were female financial staffs. Totally 350 questionnaires were distributed and 324 questionnaires were collected afterward. There were 303 valid questionnaires and the valid returned rate was 86.57%. This study investigated the current condition of workplace stress by the SPSS statistic software while reviewed and explored researches related to workplace stress, mental well-being and work-family conflict at the same time. The results of this study indicated: 1. The conditions of female financial staffs at workplace: regarding to workplace stresses, role stress was the highest one. Regarding to mental well-being, interpersonal relationship was the highest one. The events of work to family conflict occur most frequently. 2. The workplace stress showed significant differences under different conditions of age, educational background, marital status, level of household financial burden, positions in the company, and condition of health. Mental well-being showed significant differences under different conditions of age, marital status, and appointments status as official workers or contract workers, condition of health. Work-family conflict showed significant differences under different conditions of educational background, level of household financial burden, condition of health. 3. There was a significant negative relationship between workplace stress and mental well-being; there was a significant positive relationship between workplace stress and work-family conflict; there was a significant negative relationship between work-family conflict stress and mental well-being. 4. The workplace stress and work-family conflict of Female financial staffs possessed predictable effects for mental well-being. 5. For female financial staffs, the work-family conflict variable possessed moderated effect to workplace stress and mental well-being. We expected that the results of this study can offer constructive references contributing to administrative policies for enterprises. Furthermore, it was also hoped that through this study corporations will know how to pay more attentions on working environments for their staffs. At the end, this study was expected to contribute as part of reference basis for corporations, heightening mental well-being for staffs and relative researches.
