But expands day by day along with the buyer demand, the sole supplier is unable to meet the buyer demand, then the buyer starts to seek many suppliers, perhaps requests the way which the supplier works overtime to improve the capacity, meets own demand. Cooperation mechanism which draw up by the buyer and many suppliers, causes to supply in chain's inventory union total cost to achieve the optimization, achieves the enterprise competition the superiority. This research in the sole supplier produces can be unable to supply the buyer demand in the situation. The study of integrated inventory models for single-product multi-supplier. Considered supplier quantity, the supplier assign and buyer order quantity factors and so on, decided t the buyer and the supplier suitable inventory strategy. Respectively by same and different holding cost, order cost, and setup cost, or the supplier may promote the capacity can or not, to seeks supplier quantity, the supplier assign and buyer order quantity decision buyer and the supplier suitable inventory strategy, causes buyer’s and the supplier’s inventory union total cost to be lowest, explains and the confirmation again using the value model.
