碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 98 === Our study investigated the effects of team creativity on knowledge management systems. By investigating 40 information system development (ISD) teams, we found that system quality, knowledge quality, service quality, perceived benefits, and user satisfaction had positive influences on team creativity. We also found that the effects of perceived benefits on team creativity were mediated through user satisfaction. To enhance team creativity, organization must let team members believe use knowledge management systems useful in their jobs, enhance the user satisfaction and further more improve team creativity.
