碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 98 === Our study investigated the relationships between knowledge management activities and creativity. Survey data collected from 239 information systems development members were examined using structural equation modeling to verify the proposed theoretical model. Overall, our model showed a reasonably good fit with the data. The results indicated that knowledge management processes have significant effects on creativity; simultaneously, the satisfaction of users has significant effect on knowledge management processes. The findings provide several important implications for knowledge management research and practice.
