The main concept is to combine the strategies of inquiry and games to achieve the purpose of guide and learning by using PDA in the mobile environment. This system has the following characteristics: according to the inquiry learning theory to design the guide activities; providing clues to guide the inquiry activity for learners in the process of inquiry, and allow tourists to explore in the game and do interactive learning objects to enhance motivation and learning interest; use of GPS and instant messaging functions to cooperative learning. After the system is completed, whether the learning effectiveness for learners is promoted will be discussed through questionnaire. We design a questionnaire with Technology Acceptance Model. This questionnaire contains the content of the system quality, content quality, environment interaction, system mobility, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intentions to learner. There are total of 9 hypotheses in the studying questions, and total of 17 items. The experimental results, the research scale is highly reliable. And the research results say all of the assumptions are up significantly. In other words, the user will be attracted to use by the system of good quality, and operating the system easily. The system of quality and content quality, and environmental interaction have some influence on the user perceived ease of use to improve the user perceived usefulness, directly to enhance user intentions to learner, and to learn active. Therefore, the good plan of system content and environment of design systems will help the user intentions to learner.
