Independent t-test was used in this study to check if the pretest data were is homogeneous between the experimental group and the control group. Besides, paired t-test was used to check if there were any obvious differences before and after the experiment. At last, independent t-test was used to check if there were any differences between the experimental group and the control group. The results of the experiment with level of significance of .05 were as fllows: 1.Implementation of rope skipping for 12 weeks did not have a remarkable effect to the elementary school students on body mass index. 2.Implementation of rope skipping for 12 weeks did not have a remarkable effect to the elementary school students on flexibility. 3.Implementation of rope skipping for 12 weeks had a remarkable effect to the elementary school students on instantaneous power, and progress rate of girls than boys. 4.Implementation of rope skipping for 12 weeks did not have remarkable effect to the elementary school students on musclar strengh and endurance. 5.Implementation of rope skipping for 12 weeks had a remarkable effect to the elementary school students on cardiovascular fitness.
