However, currently staff engaged in long term care has heavy workload and pressure caused by very heavy burden, Therefore it also need to use technology to improve service and quality. Radio Frequency Identification technology (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) is one of important global industry development at present, which In the supply chain has been widely used. By using its automaticity, immediacy, accuracy, and convenience, it is implemented in nursing home management system. At present the actual use of RFID technology in the long-term care facilities or nursing home management is not popular. Therefore, this study is to build an integrated RFID technology for a nursing home management system to help the long-term care facilities and nursing home residents more easily control activities; by use of RFID features to make up for the shortcomings of traditional human care, and residents through identification card number, the identify available information is saved into back-end database to understand statistically the action of residents. Agencies or their families immediately through the Internet network integrated management system can fully grasp the residents’ situation. Based on access statistics and the status of the notification, when the arrival is not allowed by the system, the message will be sent to inform. This management system can improve the traditional time consuming problem to achieve the quality of care.
