The result shows that technique of fuel cell transport is almost completed, but commercial run will be after 2015 for high cost and hydrogen supply system. Fuel cell is a typical type of knowledge innovation industry, our intended enterprise should analysis the industry factors first, focus on the critical technique at key point, and posses risk management sense to get success. Taiwan should build the America-China-Taiwan relationship to enforce his international fuel cell operation strategy, develop manufacture advantage、combine advanced technique、extend China market, meanwhile, our government also need to put in resource, organize research alliance, set up international compatible standard, so, it can stimulate more enterprise to participate in.
