Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 化學工程與材料工程學系 === 98 === Poly(L-lactide)(PLLA) and diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) copolymers were prepared by chain extension of PLLA oligomer with DGEBA. There are two ways to synthesize PLLA/DGEBA copolymers. The one is PLLA oligomer and DGEBA dissolved into a common solvent, and solution polymerized at 120℃. The second is Lactide and DGEBA direct melt polymerized at higher temperature than Lactide melt temperature. Measure and compare the properties to PLLA/DGEBA copolymers. PLLA oligomer was synthesize by ring opening polymerization of L-lactide. The molar ratio of L-lactide to stannous octate is constant. Effects of purity of initiator and monomer and the polymerization temperature on the number average molecular weight were investigated. Experimental results show that same number average molecular weight PLLA can be obtained by control of the different temperature and time. Effects of mixed ability of beginning reaction temperature on the Polydispersity Index have found.
