No matter policy, education, or public infrastructure, there exist a wide margin changes. How to promote the environmental protection is still need to rely on entire people’s coordination, at this time, energy literacy impersonates a quite crucial role. Our country actively promoting energy education, and hopes with energy knowledge promotion that could foster entire people’s energy literacy, positive attitude, and look forward to what they have learned could be implemented in their lives. This study used the energy literacy scale as a research tool which developed by DeWaters, Powers & Graham(2007), to verify Tung-Hai University students’ cognition, attitude, and behavior performance of energy literacy. This study divided student into two groups, on group of students have taken the “Green Energy Industry Credit Program”, and the other group of students have not take the program, and attempted to find out the difference between these two groups toward energy literacy. The results of this study showed that in terms of cognition and behavior, after the program, students of the experimental group were more significantly better than students of the control group students. On attitude aspect, there had no significant difference between two groups of samples, and both of them were quite positive.
