碩士 === 東海大學 === 美術學系 === 98 === ABSTRACT The introduction illustrates creation motivation, creation concepts, and creation methods. By recollecting the pastoral life in the childhood through the travel memories in Ten Thousand Year Gorge（萬年峽谷）, internal emotions are reflected from those external travel traces. In the outdoor sketch, intuitively, the further transformation of imagination builds the image on my mind. From painting realistically to lyricism stroke, the artistic realm, where the soul can be quieted down and cleared up, will be found. Chapter 2 "Reproduction" and "performance" is to use the growth memories related to nature as the essence of reproduction to piece up the expression of performance. The central idea of the painting is clarified by the combinations of these puzzle-style strikes. Chapter 3 is the analysis of the style of creation. Works with explosions are used to illustrate the ideas and as the presentation of learning outcomes. Chapter 4 is the conclusion which discusses the connections of instant and eternity, impermanence and average, and the internal part and external part by the travel memories in Ten Thousand Year Gorge to the countryside memories myself. Ink painting embodies the general idea of “Sketching builds creativity”（Wàishī　zàohuà, zhōngdé xīnyuán; this means that only through naturalness, which can be gained by sketching, can an artist's creativity be built.）”Write the spirit on my mind” is not only the deep insight towards my creation but also the principle I will uphold in the future.
