Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 會計學系 === 98 === Since the first cable television broadcast in Taiwan, reorganization and acquisition of business have been occurring constantly. With the rapid development of information technology and the possible opening-up of business areas, for those who work on cable television, it’s necessary and critical to explore how to acquire competitive superiorities and create the value of enterprise. Therefore, the strategy of management plays an important role in personally long-term development of the workers. As the tool of strategic management, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) can put the tactics into practice and promote the executive ability, which can create competitive advantages and increase value of the enterprise. Therefore, taking the operator of the multi-systems of cable television as the object, this paper will introduce the guide-in process of BSC and the content of BSC in the parent company, strategy business units(SBUs) and shared service units(SSUs). Meanwhile, it will discuss the problems in the process as well as the effective solutions. For the companies and the other enterprises, the research can serve as a reference when they guide in BSC.
