Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 化學工程研究所 === 98 === In this study , we want to use bisphenol A expoxy acrylate which has C=C to be a polyol、DMPA and PEG in order to react with three different diisocyanates , 5-isocyanato-1-(isocyanatomethyl)-1,3,3-trimethylcyclohexane (IPDI),1,6-hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) and 4, 4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) of aromatic , to synthesis polyurethane.We Successfully synthesized bisphenol A epoxy polyurethane which contain C=C. By synthesized time we can find the Chemical reactivity is MDI>HDI>IPDI.By Thermogravimetry Analysis (TGA) , aromatic diisocyanate has the best rigidity because it has two bezene rings. And HDI has a symmetry structure so its degradation temperature is higher than IPDI. The second part is use the NCO functional groups of aliphatic isocyanates and react with the NH2 functional groups of disperse blue 1. By using IR and NMR determine whether the formation of-NH-CO-NH-confirmed to isocyanate structure of the fluorescent dye and then with the bisphenol A epoxy acrylate resin to synthesized with the fluorescent properties of polyurethane, to expect or biological materials can be used in paint.
