Therefore, all enterprises should be how to effectively expand global manufacturing strategy for the implementation of the layout? How to make Taiwanese companies with world-class business integration phase, making management of global issues become increasingly important. This study proposes the conceptual framework for the space model for the space system, the middle is a QMS as the main body of the subsystems, the decision quality standards, start up without violating the laws and corporate social responsibility under the light of the risk evaluation, taking into consideration operational production processes, the source of and pipe at the end of the damage caused to the environment, the organization decided to face major environmental considerations, while the start of the EMS of the subsystem, and likewise drill-down does not contravene the laws of social responsibility and corporate under the light of the risk evaluation, taking into consideration operating in the production process, to persons and property resulting from injury, the organization decided to unacceptable risks, and expand the SMS of the subsystems, and to IMS (Integration Management System) as a platform, this study developed the model of IMS to assist in the management more efficient management system, get real-time nature of the information, in response to the trend of globalization, can do much more cautious nature of the decision-making, and facilitate the future of globalization, the cause of Taiwanese companies to copy the physical integration of the direction to achieve corporate Built to Last mentioned the purpose of making clock to enable enterprises to can thus achieve the purpose of sustainable management.
