The simulation of Solubility diagram is carried out by using the PC program DIASTAB to express the distribution pattern of metals in the solution with different range of pH values and to do hydrometallurgy for purifying Zinc according the result of solubility diagram. A method used as the pretreatment is Scrubing to get rid of the soluble chloride in Crude Zinc Oxide and wet magnetic separation is performed by a highly magnetic separater to separate magnetic materials. This research performs leaching experiments with different conditions and the result indicates the best parameters of leaching which are as follows: 30% nitric acid, solid-liquid ratio of 20ml/g, experiment temperature of 80℃and 24 hours to perform leaching for non-magnetic materials. The extract after filtration are neutralized and precipitated by with sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide is used for titration to convert the Fe2+ in the extract into Fe3+. According to the result of solubility diagram, when the end point of titration are dropped within the range of pH 5.78~6.1, white precipitate are found, then analyze it with XRF after filtration and drying,the result of analysis shows that the amount of Zinc in the powder are 92.2% with 82.04% recovery. 丁原智 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 61 zh-TW
