Effective use of information technology science and technology to the medical industry help to improve patient care. Therefore, the study investigates the application of information technology into institutions of the dental cast which impacts on the performance management process to avoid personnel to operate the negligence and shorten the time to fill out the form. The decrease of the doctor''s missing advice reduces dentists to reduce the error rate. It improves the doctor-patient relationship and its own professional degree that contributes to the quality of dental health care institutions and patient satisfaction.
