The purposes of this study are: (1) to see how to integrate the Natural ecology e-learning website into the formal classes; (2) to examine the influence of the e-learning on students’ learning achievements of the nature science; (3) to examine the influence of the e-learning on students’ learning attitude of the nature science. The pretest-posttest control group design of the quasi-experiment was adopted in this study. The research subjects are four 5th-grade classes in an elementary school in Taipei City. Among them, two classes are the experimental group, the others are the control group. The integrated instruction of the Natural ecology e-learning website was applied in the experimental group. The traditional instruction was applied in the control group. The research tools include: “The Learning Achievement Test of Unit of Behavior of Animal” and “The Measurement of the Learning Attitude of E-learning”. The methods of analyzing the quantitative data include: descriptive statistic, analysis of covarieance(ANCOVA) and t- test. The qualitative data were acquired by students’ presentation in the member area of website, e-learning feedback sheet and the result of interview. The followings are the main results of this study: (1) The instruction of integrating website resource does work. (2) The results of learning achievements of e-learning using the Natural Ecology E-learning Website showed that the experimental group got higher scores than the control goup and reached the significant differences. (3) The scores of the measurement of the learning attitude in experimental group increased and reached the significant differences.
