Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所學校行政碩士學位班 === 98 === The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze the current situation of th ie innovative management of elementary schools in Keelung。 Questionnaire survey was conducted in this study .The survey included 361 elementary school teachers randomly selected in Keelung, and was developed by the Questionnaire consisted of details about “Innovative Management of Elementary Schools in Keelung City”. The data obtained by questionnaire was analyzed by frequencies, mean, standard, t-test, one-way ANOVA, The major findings were listed below: A. The performance of the innovation management of elementary schools in Keelung was at the“upper -intermediate” level. Among them, “Curriculum Instruction Innovation” is the highest followed by “Student Activity Innovation”, “Administration Management”, “Campus Building Innovation” , and “Resource Application Innovation”. B. From teachers’ perspective to innovation management, there are significant differences in terms of their position, age,school scale and school history. However, there are no significant differences in terms of their gender, teaching tenure and degree. C. The difficulties experienced in school innovative management included:1. Members’ low participating willdue to heavy workload;2. Financial insufficiency;3. Lack of space and facilities;4. Organizational structure is not easy to be changed;5. Members’ Consensus Innovation management is on hard to build. Based on above findings, suggestions are proposed to related educational administration, principals, and future researchers.
