| Summary: | 碩士 === 德明財經科技大學 === 經貿運籌管理研究所 === 98 === This study rather uses the connotation of a single security standard as the only test volume, than reviews both the international cargo security program and some countries supply chain security program to realize the spirit of Authority Economic Operator (AEO). Thus, this study focus on the constructing of AEO certification website platform, including: (1) front companies self-assessment form, (2) the background counseling organization grading form scores and (3) the background customs grading form scores, and the establishment of rating systems integrating companies, counseling organization and customs related information. Finally, this study offers some recommendations for the government policy for reference so that Taiwanese manufacturers in the world market can maintain their competitive advantage, since there are not only the minium document reviews and cargo inspection rates in the domestic, but also obtain cargo security and customs clearance convenient for market advantage in international trade.
