Methods: The subjects were 15 healthy college students. The riding exercise bike in 6 different seat positions (Standard position, forward 3 cm, backward 3 cm, upward to 5% of leg length, downward 5% and 10% of leg length ) at minimum resistance mode 80 RPM per minute. The ride 3 minutes and the kinematics data of the subjects were recorded using Motion Analysis of lower extremity knee and ankle joint angle data, the EMG. For the EMG study BioPacMP150 was used to record each trial and the EMG in different lower limb muscle. Results: When the seat position was upward, the muscle activation significant increased. In different seat position, there are different trends in EMG acceleration period and recovery period. Kinematic study found that the downward position when the seat when the angle between the knee and ankle will be bigger Conclusions: This study will help exercise bike rehabilitation of lower extremity muscle strength and prevention of the sports injuries.
