Description
Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 工業設計學系(所) === 98 === With the development of the quality of the blood components transfusion, blood has become indispensable to medical activities of blood transfusion. Nurses need to use high-precision instruments to isolate high-quality blood components, but the instrument development is technology and precision considerations. They ignored the usability and safety of user operation, resulting in harm to life of human error. The study is analysis products and observes the nurses to understand issues, and consider the User-Centered Design and Human Factors. Use those data and design principles to develop the Blood Components Apheresis for nurses. The object is to reduce the task load and improve usability and operational performance for nurses. The results showed that nurses with or without experience, the task load index are no significant difference. Only the Mental, Physical and Temporal are close to or significantly different, because inexperienced nurses are more a lack of expertise. Nevertheless, all nurses still feel that interface of this study have "little” or even "very little" task load. This means that the interface of this study can effectively improve the usability of instruments, and can shorten the time for education and adaptation. So we can reduce death and unnecessary waste of resources caused by human errors.
