In the past long term history of the puppet art, it had been from a simple folk art (民俗藝術) to be one of the most important traditional performing arts in Taiwan (台灣傳統文化). There are many schools in Potehi(classified by music tone and words, will be Pei-Kuan、Nan-Kuan and Chao tone), and Yun-Lin county (雲林縣) is the home town of the glove puppetry in Taiwan. In order to develop the traditional cultures and promote the international culture communications, Yun-Lin County has established the Yun-Lin International Puppetry Festival. This thesis is to study the dramas of Peli Potehi, focused and compared with Sky-Universe (天宇) and Sky-Earth (天地) dramas. From the study of different cases and the characters of Potehi, we interviewed with the players and the owners of Potehi ,to analysis the key factor for the success of the management strategy and selling tactic. After the study , we found the core value of Peli company is to change and innovate the Potehi industry. The company has developed many methods to use the intellectual property and it is the key factor of portrait’s property. The company has not only trained excellent performers and managed the market in many aspects to create the brand value but also installed great hardware and technical assets. The company is benefited from the government’s policy and obtained the support from the enterprises to create and develop into the international market.
