Description
Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 環境與安全工程系碩士班 === 98 === Numbers of aqueous dye were studied their BOD, COD and TOC and comparison of their photodegradation according to different BOD5/COD using a tube-reactor with 80 wt. % TiO2/zeolite photocatalyst under various visible lights. Water quality characteristics of dye showed in order of descending BOD5/COD as: RY2 (0.89) > RR120 (0.79) > RR2 (0.64) > RB4 ≒ RO16 (0.32) > RB19 (0.14) and the previous result indicated that aqueous RY2 is more biodegradable than other dyes. Comparison of the photoactivity in RY2, RR2 and RO16, photodegradation efficiency of RY2 was better than others, 80% of aqueous RY2 was removed within 66.5 min under main wavelength of 420 nm to 470 nm and 16.45 W/m2 of light intensity. The results also indicated that the aqueous dyes with high tendency of biodegradation (BOD5/COD>0.4) were high photodegradable and after photodegradation, the dyes were more biodegradable than their before. Moreover, the results indicated that sunlight of photoactivity was better than artificial visible light in our system and confirmed that the photocatalyst of 80 wt. % TiO2/zeolite was suitable for sunlight.
