The main purposes to retrieve through using several forms, process engineers can exhibit all of system failure cases and adverse effects during product development and design. And then carried out targeted preventive measures and solutions to achieve the exact preventive effect and reduce cost loss when product failure occurred. This study attempts to use case analysis to examine the deterioration of physical properties of experimental correlation analysis method with failure in the manufacturing process for the applicability and implementation of risk management effectiveness. This study had proved that failure mode analysis method effectively increased the production performance of the initial production process. According to the results, theses are following conclusions. (1) In the cases, using failure mode analysis and improving the process not only lowered risk levels, but also increased overall productivity and capacity. (2) Based on the failure mode of deterioration of law to join the experiment the weight share of the risk factor assessment, and associated with the failure mode analysis method can be more precise order in which they affect the process out of the failure mode and cause. Therefore, process engineers can make improvement strategy in the limited time to avoid losing cost of production with time delay. (3) Used failure mode on the cases in this research, the suitable implementation and management structure for TFT-LCD panel materials had been built up.
