Caregiving Environment in general that the past is not just a shelter, the environment is a mechanism for occupational therapy and social interaction, and environment should to bring incentives in social interaction not make the elderly with dementia live alone, but through the RFID location tracking of social behavior of patients with dementia phenomena and the distribution of social activity spaces, in order to understand the relevance of social behavior and social areas of dementia elderly. This study, we examine the psychological effects of general social activities of disabled elderly, social behavior phenomenon of dementia elderly, indoor and outdoor field possibility of social activities, the relevance of behavioral symptoms of dementia elderly and social activities behaviors, and other the related applied research of indoor positioning tracking systems to define the research framework and related content discussion. Through the observation of group social activities and demented elderly care staff interviews that record overall behavior phenomenon of social activities with dementia and activities place , and select 4 dementia elderly that with higher degree of group activities, the use of radio frequency identification system (RFID) to conduct daily life activities in patients with dementia cases, track record and the social activities of the phenomenon location. Care staff from the radio frequency identification system for accepted (RFID) location-tracking cases for the elderly with dementia before follow up assessment after the problem behavior, and social behavior compared to track the problem before and after tracking the behavior difference analysis. Exchange behavior of the elderly population by the phenomenon of dementia observed that, in normal sexual activity space (recreation space, community space for activities, occupational therapy room), the intermediary space (chat room can stay) in social activities, group activities, occupational therapy activities activities of groups such as the process of interaction between patients with dementia and distribution of social behavior is a video to place, and its social interaction behavior and social interaction sites because of groups of active content, activities, places, and there are differences between family members and volunteers while different. The future through the RFID location tracking the phenomenon of social behavior of Alzheimer''s sufferers, in-depth validation of interventions in social context, the impact on problem behavior, the establishment of dementia elderly people participate in social activities, the assessment content and social space to set reference.
