In addition, with the raise of living standard and choice of medical organization, patients, then, entertain more expectations to the quality of medical service accordingly. Medical industry transforms itself from former supply-oriented into customer-oriented. Medical institutions need to constantly improve the quality of medical service to meet patients’satisfaction, so leading to changes in medical treatment species. Medical industry is moving gradually toward the medical service industry. Nursing staff are also changed into the service staff that stand in the front line. Along with the change of environment, the role and function of nursing staff and the work content are not longer limited in clinical care. Nursing staff are demanded to endure more pressure growing with each passing day, as a result of not only the increase in workload but greater emphasis on sentimental expression. How should nursing staff confront the dual environment changes, and response to growing demands of clinical care? This research focus on the interaction among sentimental service, role pressure and work value of nursing staff. Through the questionnaire survey, this research took clinical nursing staff of Taoyuan county teaching hospital as the main object and conducted empirical study. After the statistical analysis, this research discovered that: (1)Emotion labor and work value have an obviously correlation. (2)Clinical nursing staff attribute has obviously influence on formation of certain emotion labor. (3)Clinical nursing staff attribute has obviously influence on formation of certain rule stress. (4)Clinical nursing staff attribute has obviously influence on formation of certain work value- satisfaction.
