Facing to inside resource integration, the business needs a set of management system. Due to considering the cost of human resource and extension of market, many manufacturing enterprises in Taiwan move to China and Southeast Asia. Therefore, they are faced to the cases of inconsistent information and the resource can’t be integrated in management. This makes the management tending to business model of single factory. Coming up to this challenges, many enterprises need to integrate the individual ERP of different factories. Connecting the systems from differing places and integrating all the resource expect for creating the better profit and value. In this paper, we want to find out what is the key factor in integrating different ERP by case study. To focus on the integration of the case, we come at that the factor can be divided into two parts, IT unrelated and IT related, which indicate the difference of the case in different ERP integration between before and after. In the part of IT unrelated: Increasing the processing efficiency improves works on resource search from three places which costs the most time before integration. The integrating project under the healthy management system of organization structure in this case can be processed well, because of the supporting from the general manager. The business model altered from single factory to the general headquarters. This change makes the resource integrated, the outside contact window unified, and enhances the ability to negotiate price with clients. In the part of IT related: the ways of transmission in information framework of three places change from P2P to B2Bi. The system platform which the function is set up clearly and definitely makes acceptations in using the platform for user increased. The infrastructures in three place of this case are ready to support the technology. And changes of information transmission do not infect the workers who are used to ERP in three places. Therefore, there is no significant change in implementation. Besides, in integration of information, transmission in the platform increases reliability of information. And it provides immediate information for manager to make decisions. All of the data, coding, table unities in enterprise inside, increased efficiency in resource search of three places. These all keys promote the system integration successful. As the results, we want to provide a model for the related industry which want to integrate the cross-boundary and different ERP, and a reference in academic.
