This study is based on the information industry experience and understanding of General outsourcing and open outsourcing relationship of user satisfaction of information department, expect to be able to view on the Commission to delegate program planning, implementation and resource allocation after service on work satisfaction surveys, and through the National Science Council, and the Science Park for samples of empirical research, supplemented by questionnaire for analysis; through narrative statistics can have a clear understanding of the distribution of samples, reliability and validity to validate questionnaire on user satisfaction of explanatory power, related analysis information outsourcing model and user satisfaction of information department are rendered significant positive correlation, multiple regression analysis showed that the open outsourcing services on user satisfaction with significant positive impact. According to the study of new technologies and resources, effective problem solving and information outsourcing process of coordination, able to enhance the user satisfaction of information department, this study will be made to government authorities at the time of the future information outsourcing.
